So viable's client Raiffeisen Bausparkasse who offer mortgages asked themselves: How can we provide people with more certainty in this situation? How can we support and accompany them along the way to their dream home?


viable conducted a detailed market analysis and interviewed various stakeholders. Based on these interviews, different value propositions and customer experience maps were generated. This step unveiled the uncertainties people feel when it comes to deciding for the right property. As a next step, an open ideation was organized followed by designing a concept for the most promising ideas. Raiffeisen Bausparkasse decided to go with the ImmoCheck, which was then developed as an MVP by a Scrum-Team of viable.
