About the client
Our client is Erste Digital, the technology and innovation arm of Erste Group, one of the leading financial services providers in Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Vienna, Erste Digital designs and operates mission-critical IT solutions across the region.
Erste Digital partnered with us to develop an AI-powered tool that evaluates the quality of more than 1,000 internal documents. The tool enables users to identify low-quality documents, get recommendations and take action - making strategic use of data at scale.

Enable transparent document quality evaluation across departments by defining quality standards and providing AI-powered assessments within a clear and actionable frontend dashboard.
Solution
We defined key document quality metrics together with business departments from Erste Group, designed the frontend to visualize the document quality and implemented a dashboard connected via API.
Result
A fully functional dashboard integrated into Erste Digital's infrastructure, enabling insights across business areas and surfacing over 1,000 documents with improvement potential - now visible at a glance.
Erste Digital approached us with a clear challenge: internal work-related documents are critical, but difficult to evaluate consistently across departments. With more than a thousand documents in circulation, manually reviewing content quality, structure, and completeness was simply not feasible. What was missing was a scalable solution that could surface quality patterns, identify gaps, and enable teams to take targeted action - quickly and intuitively.
We kicked off the project with a series of structured workshops alongside experts from various business units. Together, we defined what “quality” means for work instructions. These criteria formed the basis of a smart, AI-powered classification system capable of analyzing content at scale.
But the project didn’t stop at clever algorithms. One of the core goals was transparency. We designed a user-centric dashboard that makes quality tangible and allows users to explore documents by business area or owner. At a glance, users can spot where quality standards are met - and where immediate action is needed.
The result is more than a prototype - it’s a scalable, strategic asset that turns fragmented documentation into actionable insight. Teams across Erste Group now have a tool to drive content quality, reduce ambiguity, and align work instructions with operational excellence.
