From User Pain Points to Strategic Visions
Identifying short and long term fixes for a better user experience.
Good products revolve around user needs. What are the pain points? How can the product be as intuitive as possible? There are various ways to learn more about what users like and dislike in a service or application.
In our project with Wirtschaftsagentur Wien, we have combined insights from user tests and interviews with the expertise of our UI/UX designers. A total of 18 interviews and the input of our expert design team resulted in an impressive outcome of 50+ quick fixes, 70+ pages of UI/UX review, 3 customer experience maps, and 10 strategic visions for further development.

Our focus areas
User Testing
Did you know that only 5 User Tests can uncover 85 % of usability flaws? Through a few User Tests only, we were able to compile a list of 50+ Quick Fixes to improve the Wirtschaftsagentur online services.
UI/UX Review
Through an UI/UX review, we complied feedback on the Wirtschaftsagentur website and internal fund application program. Our experts summarised their findings on 70+ pages, which included design and structure suggestions.
User Interviews
User Interviews help to uncover a user's needs, problems and experiences with a service or project. They help to indentify weaknesses, but can also highlight what works well already. This sets the focus for further improvements by identifying the users' pain points.
Summary
The project with Wirtschaftsagentur Wien focused on enhancing user experience by combining insights from user tests and interviews with expert UI/UX design analysis. This resulted in over 50 quick fixes, a comprehensive 70+ page UI/UX review, and strategic visions for future development, all aimed at addressing user pain points and improving the intuitiveness of their online services.
