This project began as a strategic minimum viable productinimum viable product to explore how automation could reshape mortgage lending in a highly regulated environment. Together with Raiffeisen Bausparkasse, we built a fully digital, end-to-end application process that balances user needs, advisorne needs regulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
At its core is a robust Decision Engine that integrates with external data providersvaluation for credit bureau check and property valuation, ID services, and the bank’s internal systems. It automates credit checks and ensures that all relevant application data flows directly into the core banking system - creating a truly seamless process from front end to back office.
What started as a prototype is now a live, production-ready solution used by real customers. Thanks to built-in performance tracking, user behavior and system efficiency can be monitored continuously, providing valuable insights into usage patterns and potential areas for future improvement.
