About the project

Business Workshop
In a collaborative session with key stakeholders from Post Business Solutions, we defined and prioritized the strategic goals of the Document Hub to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. Building on this foundation, we outlined core functionalities and use cases for the future platform.
User Workshop
The next workshop was fully dedicated to the user's perspectives. We identified key user groups and explored their specific needs. Together, we mapped the current “as-is” journeys for the key groups, uncovering pain points and opportunities throughout the journey. These insights laid a strong foundation for user-centric design decisions.
Prototyping
Based on the input from both workshops, we developed an interactive high-fidelity prototype that brought the Document Hub concept to life — focusing on simplicity, clarity, and scalability.
User Tests
We conducted six user testing sessions with representatives from the target audience. These sessions validated core assumptions, revealed usability strengths, and identified concrete areas for improvement.
Refining of Prototype
The prototype was iteratively refined based on test feedback, resulting in a user-validated UX concept that balances business goals with real user needs — and is ready for implementation.
