Wirtschaftsagentur Wien (Vienna Business Agency) is a public entity based in Vienna, Austria, that supports businesses and entrepreneurs in various ways. It serves as a key resource for companies looking to establish or expand their operations in Vienna, offering services that range from financial assistance to consulting and networking opportunities.
Good products revolve around real user needs. What are their pain points? How can a product feel intuitive and seamless? There are many ways to uncover what users truly like – and dislike – about a service or application.
In our project with Wirtschaftsagentur Wien, we combined the insights from 18 user interviews and tests with the expertise of our UI/UX design team. The outcome? 50+ quick fixes, 70+ pages of UI/UX review, 3 customer experience maps, and 10 strategic visions for future development – all grounded in real user feedback.

Through an UI/UX review, we complied feedback on the Wirtschaftsagentur website and internal fund application program. Our experts summarised their findings on 70+ pages, which included design and structure suggestions.
