Raiffeisen Landesbank Vorarlberg wants to provide its advisors with the best possible tool to support them in their client meetings. To do so, we conceptualised and developed a tool to aid in consultations regarding mortgage loans.

 

Advisors can create various projects and calculate different financing options. Through seamless API integrations, the data is always up to date. How did we proceed:

 

After understanding the project scope and requirements on client side, we created wireframes to test the concept and make sure we fulfill user needs. After a round of testing, we went right into developing the tool and setting up the IT architecture and infrastructure.

 

The finished tool is fully integrated in the Raiffeisen IT system and connected to APIs. This ensures an intuitive consultation experience for bank advisors when talking to clients interested in mortgage loans, taking into account the fast indication of monthly rates. Next to the flexibility provided in using the tool, different user roles are considered.
